ronan and erwan bouroullec are brothers and designers bonded by diligence, and challenged by their distinct personalities. based in paris, they got their break in 1997 when cappellini gave them their first industrial design project. since then they have gone on to work with top international brands including: artek, alessi, AXOR hansgrohe, flos, hay, issey miyake, kettal, kvadrat, kartell, ligne roset, samsung and vitra. their work is part of the permanent collections of cultural institutions such as the musée des arts décoratifs in paris, the museum of modern art in new york, and the design museum in london.
