opening a new chapter for their mid-rear-engined V8 models which first started 40 years ago with the ‘308 GTB’, the ferrari ‘488 GTB’ provides track-level performance for non-professional drivers in everyday use. the design encapsulates the prancing horse company’s experience in both F1 and world endurance championship racing, as well as of their engineers’ knowledge for the ‘XX’ program, to deliver a sportscar that provides a unique sense of exhilaration and driving pleasure. using the latest developed 3902 cc V8 turbo motor, the vehicle unleashes 492 kW at 8,000 rpm along with 760 Nm of maximum torque, to enable it to accelerate from 0-62 mph in 3 seconds and reach a top speed of 205 mph.
