benjamin gaulon: light to sound device

the light to sound device (L.S.D.) is a strange gadget designed by benjamin gaulon that converts different light intensities into sound. the device uses two light depending resitors mounted to suction cups. these can then be mounted on various surfaces and measure the light. an analogue synthesizer converts the light input to sound waves. the design listens to light and plays it back for the user to hear. gaulon plans to develop the project further, embedding a light to sound device in public spaces for anyone to use by simply plugging in their own headphones. he is also working on a youtube channel for users to share their compositions.
