since their launch last year, parisian bicycle label bogarde shave set out to create bikes that represent 80’s BMX culture and the sense of freedom that goes with it. by using premium materials, streamlined styling and original details along with bright colors and sleek metallics, bogarde successfully recreated the urban riding experience of BMXing before the sport reached its peak in 1991. the next generation of their nostalgic bikes takes its influence from stanley kubrick’s ‘2001: a space odyssey,’ combining the retro with the other-worldly for their 2017 collection.
