providing extra juice to city commuters, the ‘brompton electric’ offers assistance when you need it. be it when tackling hills, completing long journeys, or just when racing home at the end of the work day. with a 300 Wh battery that can maintain 15 mph for between 25 and 50 miles, the brompton e-bike allows cyclists to select different levels of assistance by pressing the ‘+’ icon on the handlebars. furthermore, it connects to your smartphone in order to allow customized ride settings and feedback for mileage and service history.

as well as enhancing williams advanced engineering, who are known for their expertise in formula E, the ‘brompton electric’ uses the same folding system as the company’s predecessor product. its lighting structure (13.7 kg) and battery (2.9 kg) still ensure the two-wheeler is safe and easy to carry whilst on the move. the e-bike will be available in two color options, black or white, and with the choice of either 2-speed or 6 -speed gears.

  • I really like the folding design with the electric bike… great for combining trips using a small car for urban distances and the folding bike for shorter commutes. Excellent design fills a needed gap in drive/ride combination and utilizes high tech to keep weight down and recharging .., when will your unit be available to purchase in Ohio – USA?
