concept off-roader ALPHA CAMP brings campers’ entire home outdoors
concept off-roader ALPHA CAMP has an attached trailer with a rooftop tent, a yurt with giant bed, and all home essentials, to name a few.
ALPHA CAMP builds a house in campsite
One of the worries people might have when they go out camping is forgetting something at home when they have already hit the road. Electric automobile company Alpha Motor Corporation could solve the problem with its recent concept off-roader, ALPHA CAMP, short for Collaborative Adventure Mobility Platform. Looking at the renders, the off-roader could carry the essentials needed for camping and beyond.
From solar panels to foldable and modular furniture to circus-shaped tents and attached trailer behind the electric SUV, ALPHA CAMP is a dream come true for those who want to live outdoors for a while (and if a portable toilet is a problem, campers might want to check out the futuristic porta potty here).

The electric SUV comes from Alpha Motor Corporation’s The Adventure series REX whose traditional doors have been replaced with two full-sized tubular ones, almost resembling the style of the safari jeeps. Its rear cabin enjoys a rigid triangular bed bar to offer campers open-car driving.
A large cargo basket is installed on the rooftop which can store up to two aluminum cases or giant coolers while the front is equipped with a line of LED lights that will blast beams to guide campers in night driving. Stepping inside, the four-passenger bench has been configured to be foldable and the rear seats have been converted into removable ones to accommodate oversized cargo.

There’s even an attached trailer with rooftop tent
The concept off-roader ALPHA CAMP from Alpha Motor Corporation and several collaborators features spacious storage compartments located underneath the hood and at the rear hatch of the vehicle. The vehicle interior also integrates several advanced features, including a driver-centric digital speedometer, a digital center display, optional haptic interior climate and audio controls, a digital sound system, a dual center console with integrated cup holders, and an AC power plug to charge the electric SUV while camping, to name a few.

Behind the electric SUV, there’s a teardrop-shaped trailer attached whose doors open to a mattress and plaid seat cushions that provide sleeping space for the campers. A closed upper storage bin flows into the ceiling, and utility hooks are installed around the inner structure for campers to easily store their brought apparel, backpacks, and other outdoor gear.
Modular LED lanterns are also positioned inside and can be assembled vertically to create a tall standing lamp for nighttime visibility. Above the trailer – yes, on top of the attached trailer – is a lightweight rooftop tent with a side ladder entry that can comfortably accommodate 4 people.

A collaboration between different companies
Outside the SUV trailer, campers can set up a grille set, a foldable picnic table, and a yurt with textiles matching the rooftop tent (the fabric walls of the yurt are removable). Inside the airy yurt, a plush California King Size platform bed (at least in the render) can be placed.
Joshua Boyt, Head of Business Development at Alpha Motor Corporation, comments in the company’s news release that the team also featured a special guitar in CAMP to represent cars and music live together.

‘The digital twin of my grandfathers’ old 1938 Gretsch guitar symbolizes the influence of music in my life. Alpha’s virtual counterpart is authentic to the original and I am hoping to pass this one-of-a-kind guitar on to my kids someday knowing that my grandfathers’ legacy will live on forever,’ he shares.
The off-roader ALPHA CAMP is a collaboration between Alpha Motor Corporation and several names such as Rolling Stone Korea, Free & Easy, DMOS Collective Inc., Equipt Expedition Outfitters, Onyx Coffee Lab, KC Lights, and Black Rhino Wheels who all chipped in for the design and fixtures of the renders.
