ford debuts the 'MAD bronco sport badlands' for ultimate offroad adventures

during ford auto nights, the american automaker debuted a custom version of its all-new 2021 ford bronco sport. teaming up with outfitter MAD industries, ford unveiled the ‘MAD bronco sport badlands’ on november 19 2020 as part of the SEMA show special webcast. and providing the perfect companion to this customized model, MAD worked with BOREAS campers to put together an offroad trailer to match the capabilities of this next generation of the iconic SUV.

the MAD bronco sport badlands is comfortable enough for long rides but tough enough to take off road and access premium camp spots. once the bronco gets you there, the camper creates a perfect basecamp with the ability to shower, cook, store food in the cabinets and fridge/freezer, and sleep comfortably at night on the queen-sized, 4.5” organic cotton mattress. with solar panels and battery, you can also stay off-grid for your entire camp trip.

with a heavy duty steel chassis, independent suspension, all-terrain tires and no-wood construction, the BOREAS MXT is perfect for an offroad vehicle like the MAD bronco sport badlands. the custom vehicle features a 2.0l i4 ecoboost engine and 8-speed automatic transmission. it also features a ford performance by borla cat-back exhaust system and a 4wp level lift chassis system. you can check out the full build details here.
