the long standing collaboration between car manufacturer bugatti and luxury maison Hermès lives on with the reveal of a one-off custom chiron. developed for real estate magnate and supercar collector manny khoshbin, the bugatti chiron Hermès features the french fashion house’s signature ‘courbettes’ graphic, with a series of rearing horses in wool and cashmere, across the interior elements. originally offered on Hermès famous foulards and home fabrics, this collaboration marks the first time the pattern has been applied to a super sports car.

powered by 1500 horses rearing under the chiron’s wing, manny khoshbin also chose to place Hermès‘ traditional ‘courbettes’ graphic on the underside of the airbrake. khoshbin worked with bugatti and Hermès for four years on the design before seeing the supercar’s completion this week, just in time for the new year.

the chiron is notably the fastest, most powerful, and exclusive production super sports car in bugatti’s history. its sophisticated design, innovative technology, and iconic, performance-oriented form make it a unique masterpiece of art, form and technique, that pushes boundaries beyond imagination. see a behind the scenes look at the bugatti chiron supercar production processes on designboom here.
