IKEA's remote control for SONOS speakers is a simple puck-like device

IKEA is to launch a minimal yet very user-friendly remote control for its SONOS symfonisk speakers on october 1st, 2019. measuring just 50mm in diameter and 18mm in height, the product has appeared on the french version of the swedish furniture brand’s website and is to be made available soon in the UK, however, a date for US shipping has not yet been confirmed. the small, puck-like device removes the need for multiple buttons with its simple controls. by pressing down on the remote, users can play or pause music, or navigate tracks back and forth. by rotating your finger on the surface, the volume can also be easily increased or decreased.
