luxury car modification firm mansory has unveiled the xerocole, a UTV based on the 2020 can-am maverick x3. derived from a dakar rally vehicle, the side-by-side vehicle boasts up to 195 horsepower in top trim to power it through tough terrains. the xerocole furthers can-am’s unique off-roader, tuning the standard rotax ace 0.9-liter turbocharged three-cylinder to produce 222 HP.

details on how much the xerocole will charge for these modifications is unknown but the two-seat can-am X3 X RC turbo RR on which the xerocole is based costs $29,599. so the custom is expected to cost more.

mansory was meant to debut the xerocole at the 2020 geneva motor show, which was cancelled due to fears of spreading COVID-19. instead, you can take a look at the xerocole above and check out the website for more details in the coming weeks.
