migaloo’s submersible superyacht M5 is customizable from interior to exterior, and it also glows in fluorescent green for nighttime sailing.
165-meter submersible superyacht M5 by Migaloo
Migaloo’s M5 is a 165-meter superyacht that doubles as a submersible colossal watercraft, designed according to the owner’s preferences. When the passengers no longer want to see the horizon, they can take Migaloo M5 for a dive and go underwater, below sea level. Looking at the superyacht’s exterior, several pressure hulls spread across the watercraft, supporting and accompanying the double-hull construction. Entering the main pressure hull, the owner can find two small-sized submarines that they can use as supplementary water vehicles under the sea.

Superyacht with helipad and land tender
Migaloo says its submersible superyacht M5 comes with redundancy of all relevant systems as well as submarine-escape immersion equipment which can help ready and protect all passengers in case of above and underwater emergencies. To continue its touch of luxury, Migaloo’s M5 is also ready to host aircraft on its Aft Deck Helipad and Helicopter Hangar located in one of the pressure hulls. Both air and land tenders are more than welcome too on board and not just helicopters including drones, hot-air balloons, SUVs, trucks, and pick-up vehicles, to name a few. All of these can also be safely stored inside the submersible superyacht once it decides to plunge into the water.

Water sports and activities inside migaloo’s m5
The exterior styling and interior design of the customizable and submersible superyacht are up to the owners themselves. The design team, led by CEO and designer Christian Gumpold, can help guide the owners into the design process and fit their Migaloo M5 with tailored amenities, equipment, and style, from water sports and activities inside the superyacht to the beach club expedition design. Some features that the owners can install include kayaks, stand-up paddle boards, a selection of kite surfing, diving, wake surfing, and water-skiing equipment, inflatables, wetsuits, and even necessary tools for camping in case the trip takes the passengers somewhere tropical.

Entertaining all the passengers is also at the heart of Migaloo M5’s design options. Owners can opt for satellite TV, interactive entertainment rooms and walls, and even outdoor cinemas if they wish. While the customizable submersible superyacht is out on the sea, its strong-signal WiFi connection follows the watercraft, allowing the passengers to still browse the Internet above and underwater. When the night comes, the light show begins since Migaloo’s M5 glows in the dark in fluorescent green lighting. Its edges shine brightly against the darkness of the sea and make itself an ideal signal locator in case it gets lost on its way. As of publishing the story, the customizable submersible superyacht is still a concept, open to new owners playing with its exterior and interior designs.
