OPPO invites 2022 London Design Festival goers to attend the ‘Design in Tech’ workshop at the Victoria and Albert Museum on 21st September. At the event, the global smart device brand shares its own insights on the relationship between technology and design. High-profile guests like Patrik Schumacher, Principal of Zaha Hadid Architects, join to discuss and let the virtual and physical crowds know of their professional perspectives.

OPPO invites registered guests into the Lydia and Manfred Gorvy Lecture Theater in the Victoria and Albert Museum on the occasion of London Design Festival 2022. Under the theme ‘Design in Tech’, the OPPO Design Workshop aims to pursue the perfect synergy of aesthetic satisfaction and innovative technology. Patrik Schumacher, Principal of Zaha Hadid Architects, and Rama Gheerawo, Director of The Helen Hamlyn Centre for Design at Royal College of Art, are attending the workshop to share their insights, professional perspectives, and discuss topics surrounding technology and design. 

 

 

After the session, participants can take a tour of the OPPO Renovators 2022 Exhibition at Cromwell Place, which features artworks from OPPO Renovators Emerging Artists Project. The platform showcases the work of young creatives in the aim of empowering and encouraging innovation in art and tech. Media signing, speeches, panel discussions and Q&As are all included, making September 21st a day full of ‘smart’ activities.
