pierpaolo lazzarini’s 130ft ‘hyperyacht’ combines high speed with luxury spaces

italian designer pierpaolo lazzarini unveils his latest yacht concept: XENOS. measuring 130ft (39.9m) long and 26ft (8m) wide, the design combines high performance with luxury spaces.

XENOS is a custom ‘hyperyacht’ that can be tailor made to the client’s requests, just like lazzarini‘s jet capsule project. made from aluminium and carbon, the shape of the vessel is specifically designed for comfortable high speed cruises. equipped with twin, triple or quadruple engine set ups (cat 3650 BHP each), with horsepower range from 7300 BHP to 15000 BHP jet drive, XENOS will reach a top speed of 90 knots, setting the record of the fastest 130ft yacht in the world.

XENOS can also offer different sailing solutions, with either a conventional hull or foil set up. photochromic windows that change transparency depending the intensity of light, are displaced all along the yacht.

the company architaly – experts in renewable energy solutions – has integrated a solar panel system that will provide additional power to the yacht. XENOS will be available also in a hybrid/electric powered configuration, capable of 8 hours of autonomy in fully electric sail.

XENOS offers various layout possibilities for recreational or transportation needs, named respectively ‘hyperyacht’ or ‘seajet piercer’. on the stern of the hyperyacht version, watertoys and a tender can be enclosed on a trunk. in addition, a special adjustable bridge can easily land your bugatti on the pier – in fact the hypercar can be nicely included for the price of $32,800,000. in the hyperyacht XENOS, the spaces are separated with a deck lounge on the upper level, and three spacious rooms with kitchen and living room on the lower level.

XENOS conventional or foil sailing

on the seajet piercer version, over 180 passenger seats can be placed onboard. in this version, the rear part of the yacht is converted to a reception/desk entrance for passenger access to the lower level. all the COVID-19 safety requirements will also be already included in the yacht such as an air sanitation recycling system, entrance thermoscanners and illumination by UV-C/UV-V germicidal lamps.
