shaped by smooth yet gently curved silver surfaces, the hand-built exterior design of the pininfarina battista evokes a sense of dynamism with minimal but dominant sharp lines and overhangs. it displays the marque’s continued use of their ‘form and function’ design philosophy. since its conception, though, the car has been enhanced through wind tunnel tests. this evolution ensures extreme aerodynamic benefits in both the aesthetics and performance.

the performance of the electric hypercar amazed as soon as it was first announced, back in march 2019. it is expected to race from 0 to 62 mph in less than two seconds, enhancing 1,900 hp and 2,300 Nm of torque. however, with its improve aerodynamic form, the car’s electric range has improved. it will offer over 300 miles (450 km) on a single charge, which is on par with tesla.

the futuristic pininfarina battista, shown at monterey car week 2019, is expected to go into production from late 2020 with 50 models available per market (europe, north america, and the middle east and asia).
