design studio priestmangoode has created modern aircraft cabin interiors for swiss international airlines, which will be implemented on the flag carrier’s fleet of boeing ‘777-300ER’ aircraft. the color palette throughout the first, business and economy classes have been updated to richer, more cosmopolitan tones, aligning the wide body aircraft with the rest of the swiss fleet. priestmangoode took every detail into consideration in their design of the new cabins, which includes first class, business class, monuments, galleys and entrances, as well as consulting on trim and finish in economy class.

‘we took inspiration from switzerland’s design and craft heritage, as well as swiss’ own brand identity, including the airline’s headquarters and flagship lounges in zurich. the resulting cabins are luxurious, elegant and timeless with a lightness of touch, precise craftsmanship and attention to detail that embody the swiss brand.’

fully open, semi open or fully enclosed privacy options

first class seats each feature a two metre full flat bed, flexible privacy options, personal storage and a 32 inch flat screen monitor. browns, greys and oak wood acoustic materials surround the customer to offer a more quite cabin. the entrance is treated like a reception lobby, framing a welcoming area as customers board the plane.
