‘resonantware’ from NEC – is a collection of products said to be ‘near-future ubiquitous networking devices’ visualized by designers. amongst the futuristic designs is:

‘tag’ a malleable mobile phone. the phones shape-memorizing material and multiple pressure sensors allow the phone to change its shape according to the mode, which the user can alternate by changing the shape.

as far as we know the resonantware designs are still not planned to be commercialized at this point.
