Utilizing high-vacuum technology, the device can achieve a professional vacuum level of 50 mbar, significantly extending the shelf life of food by eliminating up to 95 per cent of oxygen from its corresponding containers during a 30-second process while preserving nutritional properties, flavors, colors, and textures. This technology also dramatically reduces marinating time by 81%, allowing flavors to penetrate food tissues more effectively.

Weighing just 500 grams, DRO!D matches the performance of larger, professional-grade machines, making it one of the most compact and powerful food vacuum devices on the market.
