Tarform introduces its new keyless electric motorcycle, Vera. The vehicle can navigate both the city streets and muddy trails, making it an ideal on- and off-road ride. The keyless electric motorcycle can achieve a maximum speed of over 85 miles per hour and a 100-mile range. It can speed from zero through 60 mph in around 3.5 seconds too. Tarform’s Vera focuses on design too, given the singular motor case at the bottom of the electric motorcycle and the sloping seat that peaks with an aluminum body frame.

Tarform’s keyless electric motorcycle also features air cooling technology for its motor to prevent the vehicle from heating up even under extreme conditions or prolonged use. Vera strips any gears and clutches and uses a direct belt drive. It is equipped with an 8 kWh lithium-ion battery pack. The keyless ignition is already stated, and Tarform also installs a 3.4-inch retina display between the electric motorcycle handles that flashes driving information to the rider. It even has a 4G connectivity in case the rider wants to connect their smartphones or for navigational purposes.

As of publishing the story, Tarform’s plans for Vera include over-the-air updates for the keyless electric motorcycle. This can save the rider time when dropping by workshops since updating their vehicle can be easily done remotely or using the dedicated app. The electric motorcycle also comes with regenerative braking and Brembo brakes, both of which can help the rider easily cruise around streets, roads, and muddy paths. When it comes to charging, Vera can achieve a 100 percent battery level in two hours when plugged into a 220-volt port and four hours using a 110-volt household outlet. Tarform says its keyless electric motorcycle Vera will begin shipping in 2025.
