bike design. italian bike maker T°RED introduces a mechanical/electric pedal system into it’s ultra-light weight ‘bestianera’ carbon fiber frame. the hybrid uses an electrical power unit fully built into the lenticular disc rear wheel which, together with lithium batteries, recharges by a KERS system when decelerating.

the assist system with seven different driving modes can be controlled via bluetooth thanks to an app for mobile devices. the monocoque carbon fibre frame has a sleek shape and can reach 30 km/h in just three pedal strokes. the range of versions available makes ‘bestianera’ covers every type of riding – from commuting to the velodrome.
