this motorcycle might leave you shaken, but not stirred. the 2020 triumph scrambler 1200 bond edition is inspired by customs seen in the upcoming 25th james bond film, no time to die. it marks a unique partnership between two iconic british franchises. and as such, it will be limited to just 250 models worldwide.

bathed in a special sapphire black paint scheme, the 2020 triumph scrambler 1200 bond edition continues with notable features of the british brand: an oversized badge labelling the triumph tank, and the brushed decal foil knee pad is hand-painted with a gold coachline. a host of blacked-out features adorn the rest of the motorcycle. this includes an anodized rear mudguard, grab rail and sump guard, forks, engine badges with gold accents, swingarm and sprocket cover. unique fog lights with black anodized shrouds, and a stainless steel headlight grille completes the design.

a unique 007 scheme stands out across the blacked-out design, though. the branding includes an exhaust number board and lower side panel finisher, an embroidered logo on the leather seat, and a bond-themed TFT instrument startup screen. each model then features an individually-numbered plaque billet riser clamp.

keeping pace with bond, most likely in his aston martin, the motorcycle’s performance is based on triumph’s scambler XE. its 1200 engine provides 89 hp at 7,400 rpm and a peak torque of 81.1 lb-ft at 3,950 rpm. a dedicated scrambler tuning delivers high torque on and off-road. it is complete with twin high-level exhaust system with stainless steel headers and an arrow silencer with carbon fiber end caps.

there is six riding modes on offer, including the ‘off-road pro’ setting. these enhance the optimized cornering ABS and traction control systems to improve adaptability on all terrains. its advanced inertial measurement unit furthers this to constantly respond to roll, pitch, yaw, lean angle and acceleration rates. the design is complete with some Q-like gadgets, like its keyless ignition, heated grips and USB charging.
