luxembourg-based UJET has created the perfect city runabout – a fully foldable, electric scooter packed with smart connectivity features. the scooter features 14-inch spokeless wheels and a magnesium fibre frame that gives the bike its asymmetric, angular shape.

the UJET offers clean, sustainable and silent mobility. it comes with two battery packs, with a range of 70 km and 150 km and a weight of 43 kg and 48 kg respectively. a removable battery also doubles as a super-large battery bank and even a bluetooth speaker.

the UJET has a front-facing HD camera that can record video, and a touchscreen display in between the handlebars displaying speed and other information gathered from the 20 sensors located throughout the scooter. the onboard computer integrates GPS, 3G, voice control and music playback. it is also geared with wifi and bluetooth which users can access to connect via an app that allows the drivers to remotely check, lock and unlock the e-scooter. prices range from €8,500 to €9,500, again depending on battery size.
