Terms & Conditions: designboom x Locke Hotels Canary Wharf Giveaway

1. Eligibility

The designboom x Locke Hotels giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to international entrants who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees of designboom, Locke Hotels, Holloway Li, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

 

 

2. Agreement to Rules

By participating, the Entrant (“You”) agrees to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements.

 

 

3. Sweepstakes Period

Entries will be accepted online starting on 14th September 2026 and ending on 21st September 2026 at 11:59 PM [British Summer Time].

 

 

4. How to Enter Main Entry Method:

  • Register as a user on the designboom website via the designated link.

  • Follow @designboom, @lockehotels, and @_hollowayli on Instagram.

  • Like the official Sweepstakes Instagram post.

  • Tag one (1) friend in the comments of the official Sweepstakes post.

 

Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE):

NO PURCHASE OR SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

To enter without registering on the website or using Instagram, You may submit an entry by emailing [email protected] with the subject line “Locke Hotels London Giveaway Entry.” The email must include your full name, country of residence, and date of birth. Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of the method of entry.

 

 

5. Prize Details

One (1) Winner will receive a complimentary one-night stay at Locke’s Canary Wharf location in London, UK.

  • The prize is for accommodation only.

  • Travel, flights, ground transportation, visas, meals, and incidental expenses are not included and are the sole responsibility of the Winner.

  • The stay must be redeemed and completed by 31st December 2026.

  • Booking is subject to hotel availability and blackout dates.

  • No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted. The prize is non-transferable.

 

6. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) Winner will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of designboom on or about 23rd September 2026. The Winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message (or via email if entered through AMOE) within five (5) days following selection. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within seven (7) days from the time award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.

 

 

7. Privacy Policy and Data Collection

Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the designboom website. By entering this Sweepstakes, You consent to designboom collecting your registration data in compliance with GDPR. Locke Hotels will not receive Entrant data unless the Entrant is selected as the Winner, at which point the Winner’s details will be shared with Locke Hotels solely for the purpose of prize fulfillment.

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram (Meta Platforms, Inc.). You understand that You are providing your information to designboom and not to Instagram.
