‘morro’ by dequinta, 2009

brazil-based design group dequinta has sent us images of their ‘morro’ sofa, a new interpretation of shanty towns in rio de janeiro. ‘morro’ is made out of foam waste from traditional sofas, that consist of various colored sized cubes. using cloth shreds as lining the cubes are attached to a recycled wood structure with the use of hook fastener.
