The design of the Traum lamp, created by its designer to commemorate the 150th anniversary of his hometown, is inspired by two iconic symbols of the city: the waves of the sea and the sea lions. Both elements, with their formal characteristics and fluid movements, are integrated into the morphology of the lamp, giving it a sense of harmony and movement that reflects the essence of the city.

¿Cómo lo hacemos? Cada uno de nuestros diseños está elaborado con chapa de madera auténtica del noreste de Argentina. Tratamos este noble material con una fórmula de resina fluida para otorgarle propiedades especiales. Como resultado, obtenemos un producto flexible y resistente que conserva su color con el tiempo, incluso bajo la luz solar y en condiciones de humedad.
Así combinamos atractivo visual con calidad y variedad. Con 51 diseños, el universo «Traum» ofrece lámparas excepcionales para hogares, oficinas, tiendas y hoteles, con entrega en todo el mundo.
Acerca de nuestro diseñador
Traum nació gracias al diseñador industrial Carlos Martín Giacinto, originario de Mar del Plata, Argentina. Trabajó profesionalmente en Europa y se especializó mediante un Máster en Diseño en la Universidad Politécnica de Valencia (España).
Con su talento, visión y experiencia, hizo realidad su sueño de constituir Traum como un equipo de profesionales creando los productos innovadores que conocemos hoy en día.
Además del diseño y la gestión, Carlos ha desarrollado la fórmula de resina líquida que confiere a nuestra madera su elasticidad y resistencia características.
El material como fuente de innovación
La madera es noble e inspira belleza en todo tipo de creaciones. En Traum, utilizamos esta materia prima en láminas de tan solo 0,6 milímetros de grosor (seis micras). ¿Cómo puede algo tan fino, frágil y quebradizo construir un producto tan firme y resistente?
HARZ LTZ es una tecnología que desarrollamos para mejorar la madera. Gracias a este proceso, podemos crear diseños innovadores y ofrecer un producto duradero y elegante para todo el mundo. Este proceso le otorga a la madera una serie de propiedades especiales:
•Flexibilidad.
•Resistencia a golpes y grietas.
•No se reseca ni se estropea por la humedad.
•Fácil limpieza, por ejemplo, con un paño húmedo.
•Mantiene su tono intacto a lo largo del tiempo, incluso expuesto a la luz solar.
