netherlands-based designers raw color and studio maarten kolk guus kusters (MKGK) have created the series ‘temporary trees’ for mu gallery and make a forest. the project is a social commentary on how plant-life, once cherished is now forgotten in favor of development and industry. the two creative studios developed a project to reflect the constantly fluctuating nature of trees and their effect upon how humans experience their environment. ‘temporary trees’ is presented at object rotterdam 2012.
