sudell is an outdoor furniture company founded by former landscape designer tina sudell. the company
launched in 2007 and has since put their first collection, ‘tablecloth’ into production. sudell showcased
some piece in this collection during july’s state of design festival in melbourne at the design:made:trade
exhibition. the ‘tablecloth’ series was designed to bring some artistic flair to the area of outdoor furniture.
the series consists of two dining table sizes with benches in corresponding lengths all made from
powder-coated laser-cut steel. each pieces features a decorative cut out running the length of the piece,
similar to a lace tablecloth. the cut out also create a patterned shadow in the sun. sudell also showcased
the latest additions to the collection a series of small side tables that could also be used as stools.
