sascha grewe: a-z stools

showcased at his presentation 'art can break your heart' during DMY international design festival berlin,
'a-z' by german designer sascha grewe is a series of hand crafted stools largely influenced
by typographic form. constructed out of mdf, all the letters of the alphabet are available
in 147 colours including a chalkboard finish. recently, grewe collaborated with german artist
theyoung (tim young) to create the letters g-r-e-y outfitted with speckled clouds using hand-cut
stencils and spray paint. the stools are also available with an open face to provide storage
space or in smaller versions to be suitable for kids.

at only 1m² when closed, 'small type' serves as a dining table. when the table is rolled away, the full capability of the kitchen unit is revealed with a refrigerator, induction cooktop, oven and storage space.
wing fung ng: changeable
'changeable' is a coffee table that can easily be transformed into a chair.
christopher meyer + vicky muller: small kitch
this kitchen design allows users to hide small items such as food, bowls, and pots within the side silicon panels of the kitchen unit and, in doing so, helps to reclaim space.
